Vehicle AC Parts by Type
Every AC part we supply for cars, trucks, buses and construction machines, from compressors and condensers to sensors, hoses and refrigerant. Choose a part to see what it does, signs of failure and the brands we supply.

AC Compressor
The compressor is the heart of a vehicle AC system: it pressurises refrigerant gas and pumps it around the loop. Without a working compressor there is no cooling at all.

AC Compressor Clutch
The magnetic clutch connects and disconnects the compressor from the engine belt. A failed clutch stops the compressor even when the compressor itself is fine.

AC Condenser
The condenser sits in front of the radiator and releases the heat the refrigerant has picked up from the cabin, turning hot gas back into liquid.

Cooling Coil (Evaporator)
The cooling coil, also called the evaporator, sits inside the dashboard. It is where the refrigerant absorbs heat from the cabin air and makes it cold.

Expansion Valve
The expansion valve meters liquid refrigerant into the cooling coil, dropping its pressure so it can evaporate and absorb heat.

Receiver Drier / Filter Drier
The receiver drier stores liquid refrigerant and traps moisture and dirt before they can damage the compressor and expansion valve.

AC Blower Motor
The blower motor is the fan behind the dashboard that pushes cooled or heated air through the vents.

Blower Motor Resistor
The blower resistor sets the fan speeds on manual AC systems. When it fails, the blower usually works only on the top speed.

Condenser Fan / Cooling Fan
The condenser fan pulls air through the condenser when the vehicle is slow or stopped, so the AC keeps cooling in traffic.

Radiator
The radiator keeps the engine at the right temperature. It sits next to the AC condenser and shares the same airflow and fans.

Radiator Fan Motor
The radiator fan motor drives the electric fan that cools the radiator, and on many cars the AC condenser too.

Heater Core
The heater core is a small radiator inside the dashboard that warms cabin air and helps demist the windscreen.

AC Hoses (Suction & Discharge)
AC hoses and pipes carry refrigerant between the compressor, condenser and cooling coil. The suction hose is the thick, cold, low-pressure line; the discharge hose is the hot, high-pressure line.

AC Pressure Switch
The pressure switch protects the compressor by switching it off when refrigerant pressure is too low or too high, and on many cars it also triggers the condenser fan.

Thermistor & Cabin Temperature Sensor
AC sensors tell the system how cold the cooling coil is and how warm the cabin is, so it can control the compressor and blower correctly.

AC Control Unit / Panel
The AC control panel and control unit take your settings and run the blower, temperature blend and air direction.

AC Compressor Oil (PAG)
Compressor oil lubricates the compressor and circulates with the refrigerant. The right oil type and quantity are essential for compressor life.

Refrigerant Gas (R134a / R1234yf)
Refrigerant is the gas that carries heat out of the cabin. Most vehicles in India use R134a; some newer models use R1234yf.

Cabin Air Filter
The cabin air filter cleans the air entering the cabin through the AC and protects the cooling coil and blower from dust and leaves.

AC Repair Kit & O-Rings
AC O-rings and seal kits seal every joint in the refrigerant circuit. Fresh O-rings are fitted whenever a joint is opened.

V-Belt for AC Compressor
The drive belt turns the AC compressor from the engine. A worn or slipping belt reduces cooling and can squeal loudly.

Bus & Construction Roof-Top AC Units
Buses and construction machines often use packaged roof-top or cabin AC units that combine the cooling coil, condenser and fans in one housing.
